As with everything obozo puts his hands on; Net Neutrality will be the worst thing to happen to the Internet since it was invented by Al, the bore, Gore.

Soros, Ford shovel $196 million to 'net neutrality' groups, staff to White House

The FCC has traditionally been a non partisan group but now the America hating far left liberal billionaire, George Soros, has donated nearly $200 million to change it into a utility like electricity which means it will be micromanaged and heavily regulated by the government. This means less investment or innovation. Like everything the left does; this will be a monumental screw up. It may even open the door for UN control which would be way worse. It won't happen right away. It will take years. The corruption of the left is so complete now it staggers the mind to think how this all happened in just 6 years.

On full display now is the King With No Clothes. His narcissism knows no bounds. He has declared himself King of the world.

Obama Dares GOP: Go Ahead, ‘Have a Vote on Whether What I’m Doing Is Legal…I Will Veto’

By Craig Bannister |

Pres. Obama is daring Republicans to vote on whether or not his executive actions are legal.
Discussing opposition to his executive amnesty orders at an immigration town hall Wednesday, Obama said he would veto the vote because his actions are “the right thing to do”:
“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.”

Obama argued that he has merely “expanded my authorities” – not broken any laws:
“What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion as far as we can legally under the existing statute, the existing law. And so now the question is, how can we get a law passed.”
Obama called the “political process” a “separate track”:
So we’re going to have to keep on with the political process on a separate track. But in the meantime, we’re going to do everything that we can to make sure that we implement executive actions as we’ve discussed.
In addition to these “shortcuts,” the immigration law must be changed, as well, Obama said:
“There are only so many shortcuts. Ultimately, we have to change the law. And people have to remain focused on that.”

If a Republican President had said these things he would be impeached and thrown in prison faster than a welfare check is spent on drugs and booze.

Another day another obummer scandal rears its ugly head.

IRS watchdog reveals Lois Lerner missing emails now subject of criminal probe

Lerner knows she's guilty and so are a lot of other IRS personnel. I bet they are starting to get nervous about now. Wouldn't it be great if we could simply dissolve the IRS or at least make filing tax so easy such as a flat tax above a certain income?

Wouldn't it be great to re-purpose the IRS personnel to work on the southern border to assist in apprehending illegals and deporting them such as Sen. Cruz suggested recently? Obviously most would resign and that would be ok too.

Gleaned from somewhere on the Interweb and a reminder of what we are up against.

".........Their cynicism flows from the very perception they have of right and wrong. They do it for higher ends. They do it for the progressive faith. They do it because they see themselves as having the power to redeem the world from evil. It is that terrifyingly exalted ambition that fuels their spiritual arrogance and justifies their sordid and, if necessary, criminal means. And that is why they hate conservatives. They hate you because you are killers of their dream. Because you are defenders of a Constitution that thwarts their cause. They hate you because your "reactionary" commitment to individual rights, to a single standard and to a neutral and limited state obstructs their progressive designs. They hate you because you are believers in property and its rights as the cornerstones of prosperity and human freedom; because you do not see the market economy as a mere instrument for acquiring personal wealth and political war chests, to be overcome in the end by bureaucratic schemes.
Conservatives who think progressives are misinformed idealists will forever be blind-sided by the malice of the left—by the cynicism of those who pride themselves on principle, by the viciousness of those who champion sensitivity, by the intolerance of those who call themselves liberal, and by the ruthless disregard for the well-being of the downtrodden by those who preen themselves as social saints.
Conservatives are caught by surprise because they see progressives as merely misguided, when in fact they are fundamentally misdirected. They are the messianists of a religious faith. But it is a false faith and a self-serving religion. Since the redeemed future that justifies their existence and rationalizes their hypocrisy can never be realized, what really motivates progressives is a modern idolatry: their limitless passion for the continuance of Them." -- David Horowitz - June 2000

Alinsky's Rules for Radicals

The rules:
1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.
2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.
3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.
4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.
8. “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.
9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.
10. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.
11. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.
12. “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions

"It is my intention to curb the size and influence of the Federal establishment and to demand recognition of the distinction between the powers granted to the Federal Government and those reserved to the States or to the people. All of us need to be reminded that the Federal Government did not create the States; the States created the Federal Government."

http://www.ijreview.com/2015/02/2596...y-regulations/

The FCC passed the internet regulating “net neutrality” rules on Thursday and questions abound. But there are some things we do know, and here’s a summary:
  1. No one but the administration knows exactly what’s in it. The vote passed on a party-line 3 to 2 vote, with one of the Republicans including a 9-page dissent.
  2. The internet will now be treated like a public utility.
  3. The most commonly understood regulation will be the elimination of a broadband provider’s ability to prioritize or adjust the speed of content based upon their noteworthy financial arrangements with providers.
  4. George Soros and the Ford Foundation donated almost $200 million to support a marketing campaign in favor of the new rules.
  5. The fight has only just begun. Congress may get involved with new legislation, and lawsuits are likely to be filed. If a Republican wins the White House in 2016, the party makeup of the FCC will reverse and new regulations could be passed.
  6. Most broadband companies were opposed to the new rules, whereas many content providers supported it.
  7. The full details won’t be known until the printing of the next Federal Register.
In the midst of all the clamor, hoopla, and discussions, there were two entertaining things that occurred this week related to the controversy.
Firstly, a poster mocking FCC head Tom Wheeler appeared all over Washington D.C. The poster reads “Boot Licker,” making reference to how Wheeler’s followed the administration’s heavy-handed lead on the regulation.
It says “Obama’s B*tch” in the background. They were put up near Wheeler’s Georgtown home, around the Mall, and in front of the FCC’s downtown headquarters.
Secondly, in response to the vote, Verizon published its own castigation of the new regulations, saying it was a throwback to 1930s-style archaic regulation. And they did it in Morse code (with a link to printed English):

Default Move over Pee Wee Herman!

I just had to put this in here as a funny break during America's dark times under obummer.

One way to get cuffed: Woman in Mexico caught masturbating at 'Fifty Shades' screening

In Sinaloa, Mexico, a woman was really enjoying a screening of the erotic movie, “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
A little too much.
A 33-year-old woman caught the attention of her fellow-moviegoers after reportedly pulling her pants down a bit and playing with herself during one of the flick’s S&M-inspired sex scenes.
According to a number of newspaper reports, various viewers alerted employees to her transgression, and she was escorted out of the theater.
The theater staff called police, and the woman was arrested.
That’s one way to get into handcuffs. The movie is about a couple who begin a sadomasochistic relationship.
This isn’t the first instance of bad behavior at a screening of the movie, which stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan and is based on E.L. James’ best-selling novel. In Glasgow last week, three women who got a little rowdy at a screening allegedly struck a man with a wine bottle after he told them to quiet down.
