Default 5X8 Foot Victory Signs

Guys I was going through some auction sites and I found 4 5X8 foot Victory oval signs for bid. They are still in the crate. If you check out do-bid.com then go to the Magnum Power Sports bidding site, they just went up for bid. I do not own a bike, just thought someone would like one of these in his garage.

If you bid, be careful. I believe this is the site that auctioned other incredible deals before only to slam bid winners with some not so nice surprise shipping and handling fees. Just make sure you read the fine print before you bid.

Please add your bike's year and model to your signature. Here's why.

From do-bid's fine print:
"There is no fee for bidding on auction items, however the buyer shall pay to Do-Bid a buyer's premium of 10% of the sale or bid price. For example, if the successful bid is $100.00 the buyer will be invoiced for $110.00. The buyer's premium is not negotiable and is payable by all Buyer's."

Also, regarding shipping:
"Do-Bid does not ship. The winning buyer is responsible for picking up items, check the "details page" for dates and time of pickup. Certain auctions shipping will be offered. Make sure you check the "details page" to find out about shipping. If shipping is offered we will send items to a fulfillment house for shipment; however, arrangements and payment must be made with this third party fulfillment house."

Please add your bike's year and model to your signature. Here's why.

Was just wondering if anyone got one of the signs, they looked pretty nice. I am sorry to here that you had a bad experience with them. They are in my home town, an have been doing a respectible job. I have bought a few things from them without a problem.Drop me a line if I can give you a hand, I will go up there, they are about a mile away. I do not work for this company or have anything to do with it. I posted this here because I thought it would be a good addition to someones garage. Hell I do not even own a bike anymore 2 strokes took care of that.

Driftedin.....I'm just asking...

I can understand you promoting a local company or even a friends business. No problem, but I'm curious why you have joined the forum if you have no bike anymore and you have only posted to link the auction site? Just curious? I guess I'd rather you worked for them, and I wouldn't wonder.

But...either way, it sounds like some others have made off good, so more power to ya's.

I am 50 years old, have been a long time bike owner and a polaris snowmobile rider. The only reason I posted here was to inform Victory owners of some neat, sometimes hard to find items. I thought I was helping, no intent to have owners screwed. I guess I learned how that when you have good intentions just to help out, you cannot make everyone happy. I will never post on your site again.

I was just curious Driftin....no need to bail. I enjoy good intentions and I know we all like good people. I was just curious, because most wouldn't bother going through all the hassle. I guess most are not as thoughtful to help people out. Please hang around if you are interested in this stuff. I apologize if I offended you, I was trying to be polite and inquire.

....but now I'm even more uneasy. I'm not in on this auction site.
