Default Boot marks on engine case and heat shields

How do you get them off?

2011 Victory Cross Country (for the wife and me)
2012 Victory Highball (for me!)

I've never had the problem myself but lots of people warm up the engine and use EasyOff Oven cleaner

Mothers Chrome Polish, they come RIGHT off. It doesn't sound like it but does! Gotta go with the paste, NOT the spray.

Most ANY actual chrome polish will remove them.

There is a new product called widow wax. I just bought a bottle couple days ago. It works wonders its non abrasive and cleans and protects. I'm a believer now . Google it. Or I think it's widowwax.com
