Default Can Idle be changed whennot in neutral?

Wondering if either myself or a dealer can adjust the idle slightly higher to 1200-1400 when not in neutral, and have normal idle in neutral. I do have a PC5.

Somebody is going to ask why.... answer...I have found if the idle doesn't go below that when I shift up or down I no longer get any popping or farting. Not trying to change anymore of my driving habits or skills, just want to know if possible and if so how.

Thanks.

Not possible. Besides it is not the idle speed. It is the not returning the TPS to the zero position that makes the difference

I'm not an asshole...I just type that way
