Default Removing forged hwy bar top cover

Has anyone removed/replaced the top, plastic cover for the forged hwy bar? I intend to add aftermarket hard lowers when available, and will need to relocate the driving lights mounted by the dealer on the underside of the upper forged bars. Appears they simply snap in place at a couple grommet locations similar to the side covers. But before I start cranking on it and break something I thought I would ask. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I believe there are a couple screws also. Look underneath for a couple socket heads.

Yes there are 2 - 4mm allen head bolts towards the outside of the bars. Remove them and the plastic cover pops off.
