Default Radio controls not working

Nwe'd some help. I'm finally getting the fairing put back together after doing my stereo and big wheel. I put a Soundstream 520x4 amp in. The radio fires up and so does the amp, but I have no sound or controls on the handlebars. All connectors seem good. And ideas?

Not saying this is your problem, but have seen it done before.

The white connection from audio controls is probably connected to wrong location. Look for identical plugs and see where they lead.

Bingo. Switched the only 2 that were the same and it works. I would have never thought that was the case the way the wiring is run.
