Default Modifying fairing deflectors to work with forged bars

I know that this configuration does not work together. Has anyone modified the fairing deflectors to work with the forged bars? I understand they will hit at full lock. It seems that some trimming of the deflector might do the job.

you would have to trim away so much that they would be useless, they arent that great to begin with. best bet is fork mounted ones.

currently bikeless

There are better options for forged bar air control then mickey mousing the deflectors.
these first:

I have the jtd lowers with my forged bars. They are off the bike until I refinish the right one. I dumped my bike in Laconia in soft dirt and scratched up the powder coating. I really like having the openness of having no lowers. Might rethink the forged bars and go tubular.

I had the fork mounted lowers and sold them. I didn't like the look.
