Default Lock and Ride Backrest Bushing Orientation

Can someone post a picture or some insight as to how these bushings go on ? The kit has 12 bushings , do I use them all or only 8 ? Can someone explain or put up a picture that knows for sure how they go , here are mine , pretty sure they are wrong .

Mags, not sure what pieces come in the kit as mine were already installed at purchase. Looks like you only need 8 though. You should have 4 bushings with a shoulder on them, and 4 more short ones. The short ones will install against the fender, then the shoulder type bushings rest against them, shoulder inboard. At that point, reinstall the bag mounts. This is my best guess at looking at my I stall without actually taking it all apart.
Will have pics posted shortly!

you can either use the 4 split bushings or pull the fender struts off and use the 8 solid bushings, I'm lazy and only have the 4 split bushings on for now.
