Default Windshield question

So I decided to pull the trigger on a Windvest windshield but I couldn't find anything that advises me on height. My current Ness flip is an 11" and I'm looking for something a bit shorter, is the windvest measured from the same point?

Yes , from the lower notch to the top .... You want the top of the screen to be level with your lips , I'm 6'2 and am currently running the WV 9" with good results , I like a shorter shield too . Functionality wise , I think the 10" would be best for me .

Thanks Mags, at 6'-1" I'll go with the 9" unit.

Man, that's on my bucket list. I'm expecting good pics, route suggestions, ferry info, etc., when you get back.

Cheers,

Will do Bill, no ferry ride for us, taking the long way up and around. 1,000 miles (actually MapQuest says 982)in 2 days. I'll have my IPad and try and update as we go but posting pics from the IPad is a PIA
