Default Shifter adjustment

Installed Kuryakyn Kinetic floorboards.

They are a bit taller than the OEM's. Now my foot no longer fits under the shifter.

Whats involved in adjusting?

Simply loosen the two lock nuts, rotate the rod until desired clearance, tighten lock nuts?

If your not planning on riding the boring super slab to Lake George, can I suggest you head to Manchester, VT and from Rt7 pick up Rt 30 west to Rt 149 west then right on 9L into Lake George.

Have a great ride, you can thank me when you get back
