I went with the D&D slip ons, highly recommend them! They have a very very very DEEP rumble and not obnoxiously loud. I left the baffles in mine as i like how they sound going down the hwy, they are quieter than my screamin eagles were thru town but louder than my screamin eagles were while cruising. I put the Cee Bailey windshield and lowers on my bike however so it makes it much easier to hear everything on the bike while going at hwy speeds, thus the pipes may seem louder than they actually are compared to my Harley's screamin eagles. I think my passenger would probably not like me much if i took the baffles out of my D&D's lol! When i put my pipes on i also had the performance air cleaner and Cobra tuner installed all together, it still has some popping if you let off the gas suddenly, but its not bad enough to anoy me. Performance and fuel mileage has improved also. I also heard the Big Honkers, those were deep too but not as loud as the D&D's are.
