Default Fuel Filter Bolts

Is it necessary to get new fuel pump bolts to reinstall the fuel pump? Seems kinds screwy to me that these can' be reused.

Yeah...same here...and Ill probably go a little longer before changing it(the filter) too as it was still performing well despite being light brown.

Bike is apart for paint, painter asked that I pull the pump. Filter looks dark, so I figured since I have it apart may as well change it.
