Default Installed Touring winsheild

What a PITA to get this thing on! HD has a much better system for mounting and changing of the sheild. I rode it for the first time with the winsheild on this morning along with the soft lowers........it was like being in the truck! Was in the high 40's this morning and this setup is very nice as far as wind protection goes. I'm happy now that it's on. Should be able to ride until the snow flies!

I have the larger windshield on my CCT.. are you looking through or over? I look through and I dont like it. There is a glare at night making it tough to see. btw what part of RI are you from? I am in Coventry..

I still have my Klockworkz windshield on and have driven in 42 weather with a full face helmet and I didn't notice the cold air.

However, if drops to the low thirties, I might have to reinstall the stock touring windshield.

I'm going to see how low in temperature I can travel in comfort prior to changing it back to stock.

The Klockworkz was a little bit of a pain to install for me.

Yeah. The touring shield from Victory has an extra set of brackets that make the shield more secure and less prone to vibration or shudder but it is 6 more bolts to deal with.

I use a 7Jurock in the same size using the same 4 bolts as the smaller shields plus I use the Madstad brackets. No problems so far...

curtdan, I'm looking through it. I'm not crazy about it but it does offer better protection than the Klockwerks flip. I'll leave it on for the winter. I'm in Cranston.

VissionJohnny, The brackets went on fine, but I needed to push against the center of the sheild to get the bolt holes to line up.
