1) I like Vision Johnny's suggestion of pulling in the clutch, to see if that makes a difference... and to possibly eliminate the belt as the culprit.
2) A suggestion, as my guess would be out-of-balance tires: the dealer could add balance beads to the tires, which doesn't even require dis- and then re-mounting, as I understand it. I had a few tires put on by my nearest dealer, and they recommend balance beads, the service manager uses them on his bike, etc. -- so I let them. (I've since switched to Centramatics permanent balancers, but had no problems with the beads.)
These bikes have a habit of throwing off wheel weights, so adding beads would reveal whether the tires are the problem.
3) Of course, could be alignment issues -- forks or wheels, loose pinch bolts, that sort of thing -- but I'd guess that that's not very likely. And so I'd have them start with something else.
