I, too, am not sure exactly what you're looking for, but IF you're interested in adjustable-position passenger mini-floorboards, I'll add this info:
1) On my Valkyrie Interstate, which I owned from 2000-2007, I added Big Bike Parts / Show Chrome adjustable-position passenger mini-floorboards. These replaced the passenger pegs, and allowed about a 3" circle of up/down, fore/aft, and angular adjustment. The rotational parts mated with a serrated edge, so the position was locked in place, once the through-bolt was tightened. Adjustment required an Allen and open-ended wrench, so you didn't want to just change them at a rest stop.
I've attached a pic. And here's the manufacturer's page: http://www.bigbikeparts.com/Inventory/Navision/21-928T
. And here's a seller's page: http://www.realhog.com/detail.cfm?Ca...son_Dyna_Glide
2) At the time, I was aware that Rivco made a similar product, but couldn't afford it. Actually, Rivco's product is much slicker, because it allows, I believe, tool-less adjustment, via a spring-and-pin mechanism. You can see some of these near the top of this Rivco page: http://www.rivcoproducts.com/products/home.php?cat=272
. And here are two seller pages, with slight product variations: http://www.realhog.com/detail.cfm?Ca...dson_Sportster
3) Kurakyn makes a slew of adapters, pegs, and boards, for both the rider and passenger. Again, here are a couple of examples: http://www.realhog.com/detail.cfm?Ca..._Models__Pair_
(Incidentally, I have no personal experience with CruiserCustomizing, but they have a lot of parts. The page I was working from is this: http://motorcycle-accessories.realho...%20Floorboards
Now, I have no idea whether BBP, Rivco, or Kury makes stuff directly compatible with Victory mounts, or whether you have to use assorted adapters or possibly even fabricate something. Me, one of the main reasons I bought an XCT -- seriously -- was that it came with adjustable passenger mini-boards. I've played with a few heights and angles in order to suit my wife, and I think we're just about set. Like the BBP boards I had on the Valk, though, these are semi-fixed. IMHO, if you get the Rivco to mount up, this would be nicer, as it does allow easily
messing with the setting at a rest or gas stop, should your passenger want to stretch out more, etc.
If you're not looking for this sort of thing, sorry to take up everyone's time.
