Default Heated Grips on XCT

Has anyone installed aftermarket grips? If so, did you utilize the existing toggle and wiring, or wire differently? I have the stock heated grips, but hate them. I like the Avons.

I installed Avon grips but they are unheated. I found that the heated grips will keep the insides of my hands warm, but the outsides of my hand would still freeze. I recently made the switch to heated gloves which do a better job for me to keep my hands warm.

Right on. I have the heated gloves and vest already. I don't like the stock grips, and am wanting to change and keep the heated option.

Chances are you can find some internal or wrap around bars heaters that will work with Avon grips. On the switch you can most likely find one in an auto parts store that looks OEM and can accept the factory wiring.
