Default Custom Tank bib

I have #36 of the numbered 2014 Cross Country Tour 15th Anniversary Editions in Antares Red and Gloss Black. It has a unique ID badge on the front cowling. I was wondering if you could replicate that badging for a tank bib, and what kind of $$$ are we talking about ?

If not that, then the newer Victory tank badge in a tank bib might be quite attractive.

Please let me know...
