Default Found out why my wind screen is rattling.

I noticed I have a bolt on each side of the windscreen mount under the plastic missing. Anyone else run into this?
Side note I just found the bolts in my bag with my manual.

I did not have that problem, but the person that installed it used red loc tight. That stripped out that bracket when I went to install my Klockwerks.

That sucks man. Luckily I have no loc right on my wind screen. I put blue on the base of the mount tonight tho when I installed the bolts the dealer forgot. I went riding today and it was driving me nuts

Nice you found the Bolt....

If one of these Bolt should strip, then you just up-size that hole & tapping again, so if it is M8 then make it M10... a bit of trouble but worth it I think....

Be sure to not use loctite on any bolts that go through the windshield itself. Loctite will cause many windshields to crack around the bolts. It weakens the plastic that many screens are made of.
