My wife and I use the SENA SMH10 system but not from rider to passenger but, rather, between bikes (we each ride our own). We ride 90% with half helmets and the sound is great. However, there is one caveat. You have to get the accessory bracket that allows the use of your own ear buds. This is the SMH-A0303 bracket. In addition, you need to use good quality (~$40) in the ear canal style ear buds. These simultaneously block out the road and wind noise while simultaneously delivering the voice over intercom, GPS directions, or music. I can't say enough good about how these work. I've made business calls on my XCT at 60 mph without a problem although much higher than this and you will have to close all the air (lowers and uppers) to allow a reasonable phone call. For a short conversation via intercom, even at 80 mph, you can just cup your hand over the wind side of the boom microphone.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me.
