Default fairing air deflectors

Does anyone have a set of these on their XC that they can give me some pics and dimensions of? I'm thinking that these should be rather easy to fab up and save the crazy money that is wanted for a pair.

I'll send you my set if they won't get damaged and will be returned when you're done with your measuring and design work.

They have a lot of very complex curves which would make them hard to duplicate - not impossible, just hard. I wonder if you fabbed them from paintable plastic if others would be interested in getting them painted to match their fairings? Best of luck.

I was also wondering what material. I was thinking aluminum. Easy and pliable, polish up well.

Thanks Mark,
That is very generous of you. I'm busy with quite a few projects right now and not sure how much time I would have to work something up right now and would hate to keep them from you for long so I'll get in touch if I get the time to get on them quickly
