Default Tail light assembly-2013 CrossRds Clsc

I've searched around a bit but can't find anything specific to this. The lower part of my brake light has gone out. The upper half still works normally w/ brake light. Is that an LED system and are there two parts to the tail/brake light?

My tail light assembly on a XCT did something similar. It is a sealed unit and is not repairable. Undoubtedly, something on a circuit board inside the taillight failed. You will have to replace the entire assembly. I bought it online from a Vic dealer.

An electronics repair tech might be able to fix it.
