Default Feels like rear is low / flat tire but not?

Okay getting this weird feeling.
It feels kinda like my rear is flat or low.
Tire pressure checks out.

Bike seems to ride okay other than this.

Oh and it only seems to be an issue when warm. Going to work this morning I didn't notice it at all but on the return ride definitely felt weird.

I'm confused.

Does it feel like a low tire? Or feel like the rear of bike is low?

Tire pressure set to what the sticker says. The prior owner did run lower pressure both tires.

I don't feel like I'm out of control it just feels weird. Morning going to work nothing gets great. Afternoon feels like crap when I'm getting closer to home.

I checked shock too that's good on pressure.

I'll have to dig out the jack tomorrow I heard there is a trick to jacking these bikes with that crossover being in the way. I'll have to search on it.

And what does the "sticker say" about the tire pressure? Can you describe the symptoms further? I don't get a good feel for what you are encountering from just the description of "rear is flat or low".

You need to go watch Pauls Videos about jacking the bike. You can jack on the crossover/just in front support..... if you have the right jack. I got the foot pump jack and the scissor jack like Paul showed in the video. A MUST SEE.

I have been trying to connect with the rear wheel too. I think the weird feeling is because its harder to feel the road. The same thoughts have crossed my mind. I checked tire pressure/ Shock pressure NPF. Those that change to the penske rear shock or the Arnott really appreciate the improvement. In fact the more I have learned about the front suspension the more I feel like it should have been better.

As far as comfort, the rear shock does a good enough job for me. Coming from the Buell, the stiction/ stiffness in the front wheel of the Magnum is a let down. I have not calculated the unsprung mass and all that but I guess they had to do something to keep the wheel stuck to the road. My Buell has Performance Machine Alum wheels and the front end is glued to the road and comfortable. Its a night and day diff when hitting a road buckle.

Have you not had a flat rear?
Unstable, weird, squishy, etc.

It's hard to describe just not "normal".

I've been riding back and forth to work for days then suddenly getting this weird not normal feeling. Even at low speed. It's a bit scary.
I was off the road end of last week for rainy weekend checked tire pressure all good there.
Bike will be off road until I figure this out. Sucks since it nice all week.

Only thing I can think of is the increase I made in rear tire pressure but I was just filling to spec on frame. More pressure shouldn't feel squishy though. That was before all that riding to work too. This weird feeling happened after days of normal.

For a start your better off running an extra 4lbs front and rear, bike will love it and tyres will last longer.
Cant see what yr riding cos Im on my phone and sigs dont show.
Maybe get a shop to check it out or get another friend to ride it see what they think.
Yr back wheel not loose?
Jack her up check side to side movement for wheel bearing slop.
Who put yr last rear tyre on, take it back to them and get em to check thier work.

40 psi front, 42 psi rear. 20 psi +/- in rear shock.
