I was paging through the 2013 Cross Roads/HardBall/Cross Country owners manual and came across something that makes me go "Hmmmm"
On page 85 it talks about the saddlebag bumpers and how to remove them, and how you should put them together with their hardware, in a safe place for future re-installation. My question is, WHY? Why would you remove them and tuck them some where while you go motor around with your saddlebags bouncing and rattling around because the rubber pads are not beneath them?? What purpose would this even serve?
