Default Am providing a link that I used to make some home made lowers

Was surprised at how easy they were to make. I say it probably took the wife and me about 2 hours to put together. I used close to the same design he has other than the light cut out. Also, I went with 0.93 lexan vs the Acrylic. I was afraid that was to thin, but it seemed to work w/out any problem. I think they were 4 3/4 by 10 inches.
This worked so easy I plan on working with the design of the lower and see how I can match it up to the fairing next week.
My total cost was about 25.00 and it cut out about 90 percent of the buffeting. My next move is the 15 inch windshield...............any recommendations?
