Default is a rake kit required?

im wanting to learn a bit more about big wheels and if and when they require a rake kit. im looking at doing a 23" sometime in the future and not sure how that would affect the bike. does it need a rake kit? whats going to happen without one? how will my ABS be afected? thanks in advance for any and all help guys!

One thing that'll happen is you'll turn one of the nicest handling baggers ever into a rough ridin bar bike Personally I love the look but man I'd imagine it would ruin the bikes ride. I thought of someday puttin a 21" up front but who knows. Either way I'd love to see it when it's done.
