Default Question ???

I have a 2010 XC. The clutch cover on left side of bike that says "Freedom V Twin", can I remove the 2 screws and remove it without having to worry about any oil? I plan on painting it because it has discolored or is loosing its finish.

2015 XCT Two Tone White/Gray

Kuryakyn #4178 Windshield Bag
Victory Bag Guards
Custom Dynamic Cool Magic Bullet LED Running Lights
+2" Back Bars
Victory Highway Pegs #2874837 & Z-Bracket
Kuryakyn Sabertooth LED's

Traded for a 2015 Cross Country Tour on 8-31-15
Previous bike was a 2010 Victory Cross Country-Midnight Cherry, had 54,xxx+ trouble free miles. Just needed a change & got a great deal.

Thanks for the timely reply. Off to the garage to remove, prep, and paint. Thanks
