Good move. And look, naysayers, it still has dual disk brakes and hard bags! :-) I like.

Please add your bike's year and model to your signature. Here's why.

Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

I'm wondering if it will have ABS and cruise... I may have to upgrade.

No ABS, no Cruise Control. But it's all black!

So is the bottom of my boot and it's not something I'm dying to show off. At least it's priced reasonable given they'll be discounted half way thru next season.

But when you do show it off, it leaves a lasting impression.

According to the website, neither of the 8 Balls (XR or XC) have ABS standard or optional which is a bit of a surprise to me. Even the XR Classic had ABS. I understand why they wouldn't make it standard to keep the price low but why couldn't they offer it as an add on?

Leave the "road king" look behind and stand on your own two feet. I liked the original crossroads far better than the limited edition. I felt that the crossroads when it came out was original, forward thinking and uniquely it's own.

No highway bars either. Lot to lose for a $1000 savings! Still love it!

I know I will be keeping my '11. Nothing new in the Vic line to draw me. Now Indian, that remains to be seen.

Ride safe.
