Shakes or vibrates? The whole bike or the handlebars and forks? Pulls to the right while driving at a steady speed, accelerating, or braking?

The shaking could mean the front wheel is out of balance - it's not unusual to lose wheel weights. Check to see if you can see anywhere on your front wheel that looks like something was glued to it. If do find a spot you can either take it in and get it rebalanced or buy/install some Dyna Beads. If you lost weights some time ago there could be uneven wear on your tire that would explain the pulling. Note that pulling and uneven wear can also be caused or amplified by crowned roads.

Good luck! Hope you get it figured soon and without too much impact on your wallet.

Bought heated grips but they only stay warm a short time then they like turn off. At some point they turn back on. all in all iam pretty disappointed.Feels like i bought a harley

Quite a few people throughout the many Victory forums have commented about the wheel weights falling off. These bikes have cast wheels so have weights on from the factory is really no different than a car coming from the manufacturer with weights to balance the wheels.

The vibration in the seat is kind of new; many people have mentioned vibration in the floorboards but I can't think of any that have said they felt it in the seat. I don't think you can eliminate all the vibration; the bike has a solid mounted engine on a cast frame. Any vibration in the engine will get transmitted through the frame. Your seat cushion and riser mounts should keep most of it from your hands and rear but the floorboards are another story.

There's no excuse for the problems with the IPod cable, odometer problems or the heated grips. I would keep taking it back until they get it right. While you're there you may want to talk to them about the pulling. If you did loose weights and it caused uneven wear that is causing the pulling they should take care of it and replace the tire.

When you bought your bike you didn't just pay for a bike, you paid for service too.

Rear wheel out of line. If they loosened the axle bolt to run the wire, then they may not have lined things up right. You should be able to look at your "tick" marks on the adjusters and see if they are in the same place on each side.

I really do not like the way you align the rear wheel. I prefer the HD style which has fixed plate. When you turn the axle bolt it pushes the rear wheel rearward tightening the belt. both sides has 1 so the wheel is always correct. then you just tighten the axle nut.
The vibrations are not bad. No more so than any other V-Twin but less than many.
They should not have a reason to loosen the rear wheel for the IPod. That makes no sense to me.
I (in most cases) have to find solutions here for my dealer to do anything, they don't know crap. They are the only dealer I am able to use at this point. I have spoke with another dealer service writer and they said take it back to my dealer. Harley Davidson would flip if you of their dealerships said that. I have had nothing but good to say about taking my Ultra to a out of state dealership, they treat you good. They do not care where you bought it.
If I do not get my IPod issue taken care of soon I will be trading off my XC. I do like it, a lot I might add but for service it sucks.

Loved my Victory Vegas until this past weekend. Have had Electra Glides for the past 20 years with few problems. I am 73 years old and wanted a smaller bike. Bought the Vegas and took it to Northern WV/Ohio this past weekend. The bike won't steer. It forcefully pulls to the right and is manageable on interstate highways but on 2 lane curvy roads I had to fight the bars into right and left turns. Bike wants to dive into right turns and have to fight it into left turns. I have never owned a motorcycle that wouldn't track.
May have to go back to Harley as bad as I hate to.

Your DEALER is what sucks. And the one who wouldn't work with you.
