Default Xm radio

Well, almost ready for the 500 mile check up and oil change on my 2011 XC. My plans are to have the xm radio module put in while they have the bike. My question is for those who has the xm radio installed. Are you using the antenna that comes with the unit, and if yes, where is the best location to mount the antenna.

I use the Sirus XM app on my phone thru the Accessory plug in. If I have 3G then I have Sirus XM. I made a mount that attaches to the GPS mount and I have all my phone functions as well that also has GPS in it with Google maps.

I use the factory antennae, if memory serves, it is mounted inside the headlight assembly on top where the XM goes. Mine works perfectly.

I took the radio anntenae off since I never use AM/FM.
