Default Who needs highway pegs...

When you have the forged bars? I was out and about today and decided to stretch out a bit. At my build, I was able to very easily rest my boots on them and stretch out. Perfect angle and distance for me!

Same here. But like dd said, it works for some, not others. I suppose we were lucky when it comes to that. I like legs stretched out, heals on the boards, and tip of shoe resting on the inside of the forged bar. I also like stepping on the forged bar with tips of my shoes. Those are two comfortable positions for me.

Please add your bike's year and model to your signature. Here's why.

Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

I'm not tall enough to require the hiway pegs either. The cool thing is I got a few comfortable positions without and thats a good thing I don't have to spend the $$.
