Default Rack Stand for XR/XC?

I see in the photos that BlueBird posted for his bike, he has it up on a rack stand. I'm very curious about this stand.

How stable is the bike up there?
Is it a 1-man lift?
What's the name and where to purchase?

Check out previous threads about lifting XRs and XCs. I posted photos of an adapter block I use that makes my XR rock solid on the lift.

Just wondering if one of these from Harbor Freight will work with the XC

It worked great for my Hammer but not sure if frame rails are anything along the same lines for support?

Toejam,
I use the Checker Auto version and it works fine. I suggest using cargo straps to strap the bike to the lift.

This Harbor Freight lift looks really good at that price. If anyone has it, I would love to hear how it worked out...

Question

Discovered that are no frame rails as my Hammer had. Not sure if I should even try lifting the bike because the only area to lift it is the bottom of the engine case. I am a little weary to try this without confirmation that it will be ok. Maybe KevinX can supply the yay or nay on this?
