Default Reverse Motor EZ removal???

Well my Hydraulic clutch arrived, and on first inspection I completely forgot I have the reverse kit and the motor completely blocks access to the linkage where the slave cylinder goes.

Does anyone know a quick way to pull it without interfering with reverse alignment or messing things up? Thinking now this may need to be a job for the Vic mechanic, as the reverse gear rod can be finicky if not properly aligned.

take off the reverse handle and then remove the two small allen bolts that hold the plastic cover on , then just pull the cover straight out. Then look for two bolts towards the back of the reverse motor , these hold it to the frame. Once you remove those two bolts you can swing the reverse motor off to the side ( towards the front) a bit.

I'm not sure you will have enough room to do what you want but you will have room to change out the clutch cable. All the linkage will stay intact and just reverse the procedure to put it all back. If you have a manual its in there also. Be careful not to pinch the blue and black wires when putting it back together.
