Default LED licence plate frame wiring?

Can someone tell me which wires would be the best choice for tapping into with the power lead from my plate frame? Is there a constant power wire inside the rear wiring harness under the seat?

Thanks for any tips!

Why not use the wiring for your existing license plate light?

+1 to the above posts. In addition, you don't want a 12v constant, it would stay on all the time. You want a 12v switched, which is exactly what the existing license plate light wiring is. Since you are going LED, current draw on existing wires should be fine, considering your lights for the plate are LED also.

Appreciate it guys. Kinda what I figured, but wanted to make sure. The obvious choice isn't always the best one!

Thanks again.
