Default aftermarket seat modding

cant afford a russel but took my ultimate seat to my upholstery guy
and am going to try to get some tush cush.memory foam or not,
its to darn hard. even he agreed. going to cut the front sides a little
for more flat footedness at stops too. we will see what happens .
cant ride anyway. only the harley guys who like salt are out.
anyone else not super happy with their mustang or ultimate
seat and tried something to put the cumph back in comfy? i
know its not like sitting at home. ive had 1 mustang seat and
2 ultimates on bikes and none were as cushy as my friends streetglide seat.

2011 cross roads, crimson red, speedo reflash,
forged bars,bag bars,tach,driver and pass backrest[vic]
vic luggage rack and lowers,iso grips,2" pullbacks
hard bags,xc adj pass footrests, color keyed side
chin fairings. 7 jurock custom made windshield.
ultimate seat, hid low beams, timing wheel back in,
and of course, a ric z laydown license bracket.[5
mph faster].

I trimmed my stock seat and am thinking of putting maybe some memory foam in it.

The Russel is the one. No comparison. I tried the Ultimate and the Corbin, no thanks.

Hopefully the upholstery guy can work it out for you. Make it wide in the back like a Vision seat and slim up front.
