Default Alaska Leather Online sheepskin questions

Which color would look best with Red XCT, black or charcoal?
Which size fits rider and passenger seats? Website shows the same size for all Victory model motorcycles.
The seats on my XCT actually causes wife and I to sweat way too much, and no, the heated seats are not on, LOL. The seats on my FJR are leather from Russell Day Long and they don't cause as much sweating. Thought about sending seats to have them worked on but they are comfortable, so I'll give sheepskin a chance first.

I did measure according to there website, but my measurements don't come close to the sizes they offer, which is why I'm hoping to find what size other XC owners are using.

Drivers 13-13.5" wide, 11" long
Passengers 14.5-15" wide, 11.5" long

Thanks,
Tripntx

Default more info

Saw in another post where wesdalton used the size on alaskaleather "I gut the driver LARGE, and the Pillion type 1. I got the charcoal color so they don't stand out too much".

Guess the size they recommends will work just fine, but I was concerned because the Large is listed for 18x18" and Pillion 1 for 13x16". This seem to large.

Wesdalton went with carcoil color which seems like the best choice to me.

Not to me. I think the black is better for blending in. It's what I use anyway. I also bought mine from another outlet and it fits just right.

The white you see on this side is a pad I have under it and I cut a 2" slit to make a wrinkle lay down on the right side. I guess it was formed to a previous bike's seat.

Amen to the sweating! I had started another thread on this also. I think the Victory seat is one of the more comfortable ones I have been on, and it is stock! Go figure. I think it's the grade of vinyl. My last seat was a custom saddlemen and they use marine grade and had no sweating issues at all.

If someone knows the correct size for the lowered close up seat I need one too. From the pictures may have to cut a hole in passenger pad for my backrest.

I don't ever have a passenger, so I only have a sheepskin on my front seat. I have a large in charcoal, and it looks pretty good. I got it as one of the "seconds" they offer in the clearance section. I had it on my last bike and transferred it to this bike.

In hindsight, I think I would have like to add the front hold down strap option.

Default Thanks

Glad to see pictures of both styles and colors. Will place an order once I make up my mind which style I want.
