Default Victory police saddlebag bars (BenD?)

So, I noticed someone (BenD) has "Victory police saddlebag bars" listed in their description of their bike. Is there a difference between the police version and the regular version?

Note: Tried to send BenD a private message and he's got them blocked so I'm resorted to posting here.

Thanks once again to all you Victory sages out there.

I ordered the Police Light Option from them April 10 and haven't heard a thing back from about them on shipping or when might ship or even acknowledgement they have received the money.. They could take Lessons from Witchdoctor in how to handle a Business Transaction .. Perhaps this Forum Helps .. Got an Email from them will be shipping Next week ..
