Default timing wheel is out

just for my sanity i pulled it out this morn and went for a ride.
seeings my ride is stock and the wheel set at 4 degrees didnt
seem to me to make a difference in mileage or power and even
felt like off idle hesitated a little, i am making a comparison.
havent tried 2 up yet so not comparing apples to apples but
it actually seems smoother. maybe wife will quit yard work before it rains and we can take a ride.

2011 cross roads, crimson red, speedo reflash,
forged bars,bag bars,tach,driver and pass backrest[vic]
vic luggage rack and lowers, iso grips,2" pullbacks
hard bags,xc adj pass footrests, color keyed side
chin fairings. 7 jurock custom made windshield.
ultimate seat, hid low beams, timing wheel back in,
and of course, a ric z laydown license bracket.[5
mph faster].

Now that's a crazy thing to do for one's sanity! The Lloydz timing wheel made a big improvement in my bike, maybe yours was a better runner from the get-go.

You'd think the timing wheel would help. Have you tried moving up the scale any...like to about 7+? I have mine there and not a trace of pinging.

It stead of taking it out why didn't you put it to zero it would of been the same as stock.

The wheel only give you a little power say like 3 horse. But it makes you motor way smoother and you go from zero to 60mph in a blink of a eye.
For better gas mileage it does do that but you have to ride a hundred miles to see the in crease. To find out your mileage do the math on your phone not what the bike says.
Do you have your 02's hooked up or un-hooked?
