Default How do you measure rise and pull back?

I have stock handle bars on my 07 vegas. I want to raise them 2 inches with either risers or new bars. How do o measure total rise pull back?

Measure width, rise and pull back as shown below:

Great thanks. Follow up question. If a one piece bar says 8 inch rise then how does that compare to what I have with 4 inch risers?

Not sure I understand your question. The risers are not part of the rise measurement of the bars. That's separate.

Are you changing your risers too or just the handlebar? If you're changing your risers, then your height differential will be:
(new risers)+(new handlebar rise)-(old risers)-(old handlebar rise)

Ok, I think that answered my question. So the rise of the bars + riders.

Thanks

Yes, if you're changing the risers, then you have to compare the rise of handlebars plus risers before, to the rise of handlebars plus risers after.
