Default Stage 1 mapping

Alright... I've looked and looked but can't seem to find the answer.

What is it going to cost me for the stage 1 map with the download card at the victory dealer?? I can't imagine its free...

I believe it is about 65 bucks plus install. It is usually included if you buy a stage one kit though.

Funny thing about that... the dealer in ft. Peirce stated it was a 2 hr job.... $180.

So my intent was to get a history so when I talk to them again I can ask WTF.

I didn't figure the job was to labor intensive or would take longer than 30 min.

I called a dealer in ft. Lauderdale and he confirmed my suspicions.

His tech stated it was a 20min job if everything went perfect. $45.

So here's the info if anyone happens to be looking for it after hours and might lose sleep if they can't find it.

Another dealer said an hour @ $90...

Sounds like they're milkin the job to me.

Anyone know or is a victory mechanic and can verify what the job length is?

My dealer charged me $55 for the card and 20 minutes labor to plug it in. Took about 10 minutes actual time. I watched the guy do it.

My dealer told me I couldn't purchase the card from them and had to provide it in order to get the job done.
