I bought the skull a number of years ago at Busch Gardens and the a dremel to hollow out the back, cut the tabs off sides of key and used pieces of a cotter pin for shims. Mixed the dust with crazy glue and there you have it

Looks good I did the same thing but I filed the slot for the key by hand so yours probably looks a lot cleaner than mine.

I used a file to score the line then i used the diamond tips to hollow it out stepping up the diameter gradually. Its not perfect but its solid and didnt cost anything. Thanks for the kudos
