Default Highway pegs?

I was looking at a few different options for highway pegs, or some other way to stretch out on my Vegas. Seems like the options are frame mounted highway pegs, Kuryakyn Swingwing pegs, or the 2" extension of the forward controls. So, what are the pros and cons of each? thanks

I had a pair of Vic hyw pegs that I mounted on the frame of my last vegas... Cheap and easy for sure but they sit kind of high with the header on the right side. High enough that you can only comfortably get one let up at a time.
Still debating whether or not I will slap them onto my current Vegas...I may just pass them along to a buddie or something.
