Default 1/4 Turn Throttle Ring

Someone please enlighten me on the 1/4" throttle ring. The thought of it being all or nothing sounds terrifying. Is it really that good???

I like mine, I used to have to readjust my grip if I wanted to crank her open to merge or pass or something.
Now I can do it without readjusting my grip.
And it still moves easily at low speeds.
I like it and am keeping it on.

And it's not all or nothing... I went from 120 degree twist to 90 degree.

I have it also and it makes a BIG difference!

It's name gives a misconception ... it doesn't reduce the grip twist to 1/4 but it will give you the feeling that it's only taking 1/4 of the effort when you crack it from full stop to full open.

So, if we do the math, that's a reduction of 1/4 ...

Well, I don't know about everyone else's bike, but after installing the 1/4-turn ring on my bike my throttle twist range is now approx. 90.

The benefit is you don't have to twist the wrist as much to get the same throttle response.
