Here is your problem.
You clipped the stock radio by having it up to 20 (at least that's where the Magnum radio clips at) and your running the Hawg wired amps that have a high level of distortion pair that with a real efficient speaker like the polks and that's a recipe for disaster.

hey my man! long time no talk, sounds like you are set up since last we talked... have a question for ya, what tweeters are you using in your bags and do you feel the three ways are the best in the bags? need more outa the speakers its hard to hear at 90+...
