I have a "Wheeldock" chock for the front end, and I use a small scissor lift for the rear. It's perfect changing the tire.

Default wheel up

if you just want the rear wheel off the ground...I use a half inch thick piece of hard wood scrap board under the center stand to "lift" the rear wheel up enough to rotate the rear wheel while cleaning or to rotate it enuff to locate the stem for checking tire pressure. It is harder to roll off, but is a simple solution in limited space.
