Having sat in one at the IMS, I'll have to say no. High step in/over is for the younger folks

Not all states... Require a helmet or a MC Endorsement..

Thats true - prob be all set to just drive in AZ.

But here in the peoples republic of Kalifornia you need the helmet, not sure about the endorsement.
