Years ago when some of the EPA stuff got really stringent, Detroit car makers started to move things like electrical products manufacturing to Mexico. Why? Because there is no EPA down there to monitor how and what they do with certain chemicals needed to make this stuff. Also I'm pretty sure there aint no UAW or AFL Cio down there to make Ford pay $20-30 an hour.
