Ron I am probably one of if not Victory's biggest cheerleader BUT Victory Corporate, customer service absolutely sucks. It is what it is.
As far as dealer techs go. Thats a hit and a miss. There are only a handful if even that many techs that can stand in the same room with KevinX. Not only for his knowledge but his personable customer service.
Another thing I want to point out. Some dealers and their Techs have a better relationship with their Victory Reps and Corporate. Plain and simple it gets things done if they think highly of you. THAT is politics. LOL
My ex business partner had a fantastic relationship with the Victory Rep when he was at a dealership. You would be surprised how quickly they responded to him and how favorable.
