I've been asked many times to go up there and participate, but I like being able to park my bike anywhere I choose and abhor crowds. But that's just me, I know there are those who really dig huge events like the Oyster Run and more power to 'em.
Did almost 300 miles yesterday going to the coast on the Oregon side of the Columbia River and returned on the Washington side. Bikes everywhere along the way, but well spread out.

2010 Midnight Cherry XR. 7Jurock, Lloydz AF, ATS, AFR tuned VFCIII, IAV, and T-6 and locally repacked pipes = big smiles. SOLD to a dear friend, so it's still in the family."
2017 Spyder F3 Limited - keeps this old guy in the wind and riding with friends.

I would guess no less than 40,000 bikes attended...I am going to look for stories to see if they had recorded attendance.
After a while we had to move away from the CONSTANT roar and noise and burnouts and crowds.... Went for a picnic over looking the water and some quiet...
