It is bad to see anybody get killed on a motorcycle but it appears the one at fault is the PO for not being able to operate a motorcycle and his department for either not training him and letting an inexperienced person operate the bike.

It would be interesting to learn how far into the training this wreck occurred. If there was sufficient training prior to this that the instructor felt the students had enough skill and confidence to ride close, then there's no case. My jury is still out.

Its hard to comment on something that happened when I wasn't there. Are we getting all the facts about his training doubt it. To me it sounds like operator error and the family is suing everyone they can. Maybe this had something to do with polaris pulling the plug on victory

Frivolous and ill bet the bike had forged bars. 60mph sounds like inattention or distraction. New to you bikes even demand respect. Hell I hope I survive my training on the Magnum. I might be dead soon if I dont watch it.
