She got it at a local Frys on sale. Kind of cool. I pointed out the object below the seat to her right off with my thoughts, she got ticked off of course. Guess you could say it is an excited bike, ha, ha..... It goes in the yard on top of a pole and turns with the wind, the wheels are suppose to turn also. The wheels also have solar panels in the middle, so the wheels light up at night. I have not seen it light up yet, she said they light up with a white light. Kind of cool, I can tell we are over 20 now with this yard art if you will. I like it, the neighbors do not like my bike(noisy, they say), I hope they do not like our newest bike also! I actually wrote Victory on the tank, like so many of the parts on our bikes I believe it was made in China, although the box did not say it on it. Did not see a country of origin on it.
